Hi, we are Steve and Angi Setter.  We moved to the area in 2007 and haven’t looked back. Our children all went to the local school here in North Loburn and we feel very privileged to be a part of this fantastic community.  

We purchased Waimak Bins in May 2018 and have found that one of the advantages of being a small family run business is that you get to know your customers. We are on a first name basis with a lot of them and make a point of checking up on them if our drivers have not seen them in a while, especially the elderly.  

Since buying the business, we have implemented a few changes while keeping our focus on providing excellent customer service and becoming as environmentally friendly as we can be, considering the type of business we are in! 

The last few years have been a big learning curve and not without its challenges, but we hope we have made a difference.

• We are more hands on and customers can expect to get a quick response to their enquiries.
• We have invested in 3 new vehicles to achieve lower emissions
• We have changed our equipment to be able to accommodate different bin sizes.
• We have increased customer recycling by over 60%. 

We take great pride in our work and are always here to help and go that extra mile when needed. Our fabulous staff also need a mention as we could not do this without them, and we would like to thank them for all their hard work, they never complain and do an amazing job.
